Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Photos of the product may be required for verification
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
